Our apartment was built in 2006 and is part of the stunning Oasis Village in Yaniklar only 12km from the bustling harbour town of Fethiye in Southern Turkey. The village is an exclusive development surrounded by protected forest.

On site facilities include a mini-market, restaurant, snack bar and pool bar, children's playground, small indoor gym , open air gym, large communal pool, kiddies pool, indoor pool, tennis court and sauna. There is free wi-fi internet available on site.

There is a quiet beach within walking distance and further along the beach is a watersport centre offering surfing, jet skiing, canoeing, kite surfing, sailing, parasailing, water skiing and fishing.

The luxury development is made up of villas, bungalows and apartments surrounded by gardens, water features, pools and amenities to provide a self contained 'village' atmosphere.

Our 2 bedroom ground floor apartment is situated in the far corner of the development so although all the amenities are to close to hand it also benefits from being in a quieter part of the development. It has a quiet grassed area at the rear of the property so you can go out onto the patio or garden to find sun or shade whichever you prefer. At the rear of the apartments are two large communal pools in addition to the large pool and bar area that can be seen in the picture above.

The beach can be reached by a walk down a pathway through the forest taking about 25 minutes at a leisurely pace. Alternatively there is a shuttle bus running to the beach during high season.

The complex is on the the route of a limited number of dolmus or you can walk up to the main road for a more frequent service. Taxis wait outside the gates of the complex making Fethiye, Calis and Gocek within easy reach.

In addition a taxi service operates a number of fixed prices return journeys to various places of interest further afield and a price list can be found at the gatehouse.

We have an English property managers who will come and visit you at the apartment, answer any queries you may have and arrange car hire or any tours you may wish to do. They provide a 24 hour emergency number - just in case you need help urgently!
